Long time, no see

Tabitha played in a badminton tournament in Epsom. The best thing about Epsom was this silly Bugatti Chiron.
I wanted to take an updated avatar photo, but Friday makes all pictures better so I roped her into one. This was taken on self timer and I'm so happy she looked at the camera!
I went to see Pijn and Wren at Green Door Store. Pijn and Wren are so good.
Charlotte wanted to go to the Circular Space in Shoreham so I wandered around snapping silly little photos with my phone.
Went for a walk with Tabitha at sunset. It was cold but very nice.
I don't know why I love these boxes of rope and other fishing accoutrements so much but I probably always will.
Wanted to take a photo of the hotel they're demolishing in Brighton for ages. Ideally I wanted to use the drone but I don't think there's ever a good time to go it.
We had the Christmas fries at Oowee. It was good but it's so expensive.
I put my sunglasses on because it was so bright, and everything took on this nice golden-hour hue, which it didn't occur to me would not transfer to my photos.
...fishing boxes but in black and white.
There's something about this that I just don't know. I really like it but it's not quite right I don't think, but I don't know how to fix it.
I love these things. They remind me of Animal Crossing.
Between work, and the sun setting at 3pm, I haven't been super motivated to take a lot of pictures the last couple of weeks. And I certainly haven't been motivated to yell them into the void.
I've been doing a lot of reading, listening to music, migrating Rails apps to the latest version, and deploying with Docker. It's satisfying work, if a little dull.
We watched a few movies, finished watching Foundation (which I loved and really miss now), finished watching Raised by Wolves (the 2020 sci-fi) (which got cancelled and made me cross), and played a tonne of badminton. Not really much of note to report. I am looking forward to going to Germany this week, looking forward to seeing Andy next week, then looking forward to Christmas.
This Wednesday, Charlotte and I will have been married for 15 years.
