Fatto a Mano recently opened up in Brighton and it's the best. I think I'm right in saying it's the only place in Brighton that you can get a pizza cooked in this way (my favourite way!)
You should go there; the food is delicious and the service is outstanding. You can take a look at what I ate if that's your sort of thing.
