My homemade pesto. Wanted to try this for ages and it was absolutely lovely. Pine nuts are outrageously expensive though.
Another Pizza Sunday. Told you I'd stop counting. These were the best ones I've made so far. Had the chimney on the Ooni this time, but it was windy so I couldn't say if it actually made a significant difference. One thing it did was stop the front of the oven getting covered with carbon so I'm into it.
