You're never done being a Sandwich Artist

We found these Juicy Marbles things in Waitrose a while back and they're our favourite meat alternative. Terrible name though.

There's never been a better time to be a vegetarian. Between these things, Beyond Meat, This Isn't..., and the fact that every supermarket has an extensive selection of non-meat protein, you're spoilt for choice. I've never been that bothered by them being convincing meat emulation, as long as they taste nice. Juicy Marbles make an amazing sandwich but good luck telling people what you're having without sounding like an idiot.
