Pizza, yolo
12/01/2025
We got some Ooni flour (Ooni do flour?!) to try and it made a very nice, stretchy dough. It also prooved to do 6 240g balls which was a nice coincidence.
For toppings, Charlotte wanted pesto instead of a tomato base, so she made one and mixed it with crème fraîche because we didn't have any ricotta. I think it worked better than ricotta. We had a Dominos in Valencia that had a BBQ and crème fraîche base that they apparently don't do any more.
We also had Beyond Burgers crumbled up, and shredded Juicy Marbles which were phenomenal. I am now approximately 86% pizza.
