A grump

Woke up annoyed. I hate waking up annoyed. Played some video games and destroyed a keyboard. As I'm using that plate thing, I thought it'd be good to have something with fewer cables so I wanted to turn my low-profile Aurora Sweep into a wireless, but I must have messed up soldering the controllers when I built it because I absolutely destroyed it when I was taking it apart. Absolute idiot. I should be able to salvage some of it but I think the sockets are all broken, and I hate desoldering sockets, so that might live in the project drawer forever. I have been looking for a reason to get a v4 corne because I want encoders again, so maybe this is it. I'm done with wireless though - it never goes right.

I got back into Mortal Sin again. I haven't played that for ages and it's changed loads. Such a satisfying game - I played for about an hour which is the longest I've played a single game since I went to Sven's. It's 40% off at the moment, and that is a ridiculous bargain. It is so difficult to get melee combat right (see: Skyrim. It's awful and I will not be taking questions on this), but Mortal Sin absolutely nails it. I think it's just one developer as well. I love stuff like this.

We walked into town and I was hoping that my mood would life and it kinda did. Nice and sunny out, and my legs aren't hurting too much. I wanted to buy something but my wishlist is full of things I can't responsibly afford so I settled for the Mercedes W15 LEGO F1 car. It's pretty nice.
