The understated dignity of the enamel pin backing card

I keep all the backing cards for my pins. I don't know why; it's not like I ever get them out and study them, but a lot of work goes into these things and it's a shame to just throw them away. They just live in a little folder on my shelf. I haven't bought any pins for a while. My board is getting quite full, and I'd love to at least finish it but blowing my budget on mechanical keyboard paraphernalia is the current order of the day.
