St. James Park

My local park is getting this lottery-funded renovation at the moment. It's going to be awesome when it's done, but the workers seem to be taking forever with it. I have hilariously dubbed it Lawsuit Park because it will have, when finished, a free-climbing wall, zip wire, giant tyre swing, what looks to be some kind of pirate ship swing, and a pretty big wooden base type affair. I'm not a fan of our litigious society, but I can observe it all the same.
My favourite part is the band-stand with built-in solar panels to power the café and the grid. I want solar panels installed in our house, but they're pretty expensive.
I'm getting frustrated about the grammatical/semantic structure of a tweet I wrote today. Should it be "think" or "thinks". "If you're one of those who thinks" sounds wrong to me, and I don't know whether the verb refers to "you" or "those" in this sentence. Anyone able to shed some light/willing to share an opinion would be appreciated because this is bugging me now.
