This was the best one. More rotations at shorter intervals. Still too soft on the base but I think that can only be solved by better temperature control.
And then after, Charlotte tells me she even grew the tomatoes we had in our sauce. Overachiever 🙄
I can't tell you how long I've wanted one of these. This is my BBQ. Someone else does all the preparation and Man Make Hot and take all the credit for some presumed magical mono-process that is impossible to mess up (it is not impossible).
I think what I need to do here is to heat the stone, then turn down the burner. Hopefully that'd keep the stone hot but not cook toppings too quickly. Still these were lovely pizzas and it's something I can help with without ruining all Charlotte's skill and hard work.
