Nothing

We are nothing if not a product of all of our best and worst memories, right? Eternal Sunshine is one of those movies that I can't watch too often, because when I do, it fails to serve its purpose —utterly devastating me.
I can't imagine anything worse than being Joel. Both needing to remove someone from his life, and desperately regretting starting that ball rolling. I guess that's another purpose of this film; to remind you that the crappy memories are just as worth keeping as the great ones.
It's amazing how much you can miss someone, just by imagining that they're gone.
