A Panini Obsession

Owing to an obsession with a café in Southampton, Charlotte's parents bought me a sandwich press for Christmas. The timing of this gift was absolutely perfect (and I don't just mean a Christmas gift in late December). I'm looking forward to coming up with some cheese-less toasties so I can have them for my lunch during the week. This one is: Linda McCartney sausage, raw red onion, sweetcorn, mozzarella and ketchup on half a Sainsbury's ciabatta. It was excellent, but now I need a nap.
