Intense Sunday

I like helping at the allotment. I'm much better in the morning when my energy levels are high. This morning I got out on the bike to water tree ferns at the office and I was full of energy when I got home.
Three hours later all I have the energy for is playing Street Fighter with the kid, and watching Steve Irwin DVDs. Which is fortunate.
