106 140908 - The White Russian

For this ridiculous photo, I made the mistake of waiting til my 3rd one to actually take this! As you can see, the focus is completely off and it's just a bit of a sham. That's what I get for waiting until the day after to check my photos for the day.

For excellent instructions on mixing a White Russian to your own tastes, I've learned that it's essentially (as cheap as you like) vodka, (as expensive as you can afford) coffee liquer (Kahlua works well for me) and whole milk. For an extra treat or texture, you can add cream. The way I've done it is:

• St Petersburg Russian Standard vodka (1.5 parts)
• Kahlua (1.5 parts)
• Whole Milk (0.75 parts)
• Double Cream (0.75 parts)

It tastes awesome, but severely inhibits your ability to use even auto-focus!
