It seems that the more I ask people to be specific when asking me to do things, the less specific they become. Am I that hateable? Do people only want to upset me?
From: [REDACTED] Subject: Website Body: One of the links on our homepage is broken. Could you please fix it.
From: [REDACTED] Subject: VAT Body: The request we previously submitted regarding our PDF invoices [which has already been actioned] does not appear to have been actioned. Please can you complete it?
The above request was completed precisely in-line with the original two-sentence email received as a spec. Ever get those days where you feel like you're taking crazy pills, Mugatu?
