stair porn-ish of my very own

It's no secret that I love stairs. The staircase in our house was one of the main selling points for me. I love painted older style wood. The whole house has a cool Edwardian feel to it, which I totally get on with. I'm looking forward to doing improvements, whilst keeping the traditional spirit in-tact.

With that in mind, I wanted to take some high-key interior shots of some of the parts of the house I like most. I really need a wider lens for this, but 24(36)mm will have to do for now. This is the top of our stairs, from each end.
