Slightly different results to my last.fm this week. I've always been irritated by the fact that artists who make really long songs never show up in my charts, even though they obviously should, so I've used this to learn a bit of Ruby (but if you're going to judge the quality of my Ruby, use this. It's been refactored and is far prettier).

Now I have a script that grabs all the songs I've listened to in the last week and counts their length, all-the-while attributing the time to the artist which, I think, gives a much better representation of who should really be in the charts. Pointless? Probably, but it was really just an excuse to play with a new language, data and music; three of my favourite things.
