We finished watching Disenchantment on Netflix and it ended up better than I anticipated. It wasn't as consistently funny as Futurama (used to be) and The Simpsons (used to be) but it's definitely got some of that lovely, sentimental character development that Futurama carried in episodes like Jurassic Bark (even though it's basically a rip-off of Greyfriar's Bobby), Game of Tones (even though it has a completely stupid clickbait name) and The Late Philip J. Fry. It took about five episodes to get going, which is far more than I'd ordinarily give a show, but I'm glad we stuck with it.
Now, to get into Bojack Horseman and catch up before it's all Charlotte talks about for a few months.

I'm going to start playing with writing shorter posts here. I haven't used Twitter for ages, and I do miss writing things in that format. For now, these posts will go through to RSS, which means they're going to end up on my Facebook page and in your RSS reader. If that annoys you, find some way to tell me and I might stop. Seems more likely that no-one will notice, which is also fine.
